EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT-Specific Accounts
IN CONSIDERATION of employment by [Name of company], hereinafter referred to as Company, and [Name of employee], hereinafter referred to as I, agrees that upon the termination of employment with said Company, I shall not compete with the business of the Company, its successors, or its assignees. Neither shall I directly or indirectly undertake or assist in the solicitation of any customer or account of the Company existing during the course of my employment with the Company.
